Teaching practice - Week 4
Weekly Reflection-4
Learning from a New Perspective
This week was quite eventful. On Monday, a written competition was conducted, as a part of Arts festival and I was given the opportunity to supervise the students, which I truly enjoyed. My responsibilities included distributing papers and ensuring everything ran smoothly as I walked around the hall.
It was a delightful experience to be on the other side of the table, having spent many years as a participant under the supervision of teachers. This new role gave me a fresh perspective, and I appreciated the chance to see things from a different angle.
And through this week I became more friendly with the teachers as well as students and they that gave me more confidence and I started enjoying this phase of life. The learned that students coperation was more important though out my journey. Then the class hours become the most happiest that happened to me.
On August 6, the school celebrated Sports Day at the University stadium. It was a quite different experience for me. I was excited because, last year, I was a student participant in the same stadium.
Today, I had the opportunity to assist the teachers in conducting the event. I got goosebumps while arranging the students, preparing them for the event, and giving them instructions. I felt incredibly happy, and that moment was truly indescribable. During the event, I also got to interact with upper primary and high school students.
I was also excited to have the opportunity to work with my peer members from the High School section. What added to my joy was when my students ran to me, beaming with pride, to show off their medals and share their thrilling experiences after their events. It was truly a wonderful and unforgettable experience.
